14-day refund policy

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your order date. This covers Legacy Plus, Legacy Elite and extra reading packs. Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle — visit paddle.net to request one, or contact us and we'll help.

You can cancel anytime from Account. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you are never charged again after that.

If a payment looks wrong — a duplicate charge, or a card problem — contact us and we will fix it.
